NAVA Software solution is looking for a Technical Project Manager Relex

Details:

Technical Project Manager -Relex

Duration: 12 months

Location: Remote

• Lead end-to-end delivery of RELEX initiatives, including implementations, module rollouts,upgrades, and enhancements across forecasting, replenishment, and related planning functions.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, tracking progress against milestones and keeping delivery on time and in scope.
• Serve as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and RELEX/vendor resources, keeping priorities, dependencies, and expectations aligned.
• Oversee technical workstreams such as data integration, interface development (ERP, POS, WMS), environment management, and system configuration, working closely with architects and developers.
• Drive requirements gathering and scope definition, ensuring business needs are translated into clear functional and technical deliverables.
• Manage testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression), cutover planning, and go-live readiness, coordinating defect triage and resolution.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests, escalating appropriately and maintaining clear decision logs.
• Provide regular status reporting to project sponsors and leadership, including dashboards, executive summaries, and steering committee materials.

Required: Hands-on project management experience delivering RELEX implementations or major RELEX enhancements, with a strong technical understanding of system integrations and data flows.

Preferred: Retail, wholesale, or supply chain industry experience; PMP or Agile/Scrum certification; experience managing multi-country rollouts and blended Agile/Waterfall delivery.
