Description
A facility is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant for neonatology locum tenens coverage. The role is inpatient-based in a high-acuity Level IV NICU, where APPs oversee daily neonatal care and participate in ground and air transport.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. or 4 p.m. – 8 a.m.
Saturday – Sunday: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.
Optional 24-hour shifts available any day
Support Staff:
5–6 APPs on weekday day shifts
2–3 APPs on evening, night, and weekend shifts
Clinical Responsibilities:
Oversee daily neonatal care
Perform neonatal procedures
Participate in ground and air transport
Experience Requirements: Two years of neonatal experience; transport orientation required
