• Greet guests warmly and professionally,settingthe tone for an exceptional stay

• Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

• Make dining, theater, tour, travel, and other arrangements tailored to guest preferences

• Assistwith transportation, childcare, and other special requests

• Research and providetimely, personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience

• Maintain the Concierge desk and lobby area to ensure a welcoming environment

• Build andmaintainresources and contacts to offer up-to-date information on local events and activities

• Answer guest inquiries and communicationsin accordance withLoews Hotels standards

• Conduct hotel tours,showcasingproperty history and features

• Regular attendance in conformance with standards

• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs

• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings

• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications Include :

• High SchoolDiplomaor relevant work experience required

• Minimum ofone(1)yearguest service experience in hotel hospitalitypreferred

• Experience withpreviousProperty Management System, preferred Opera System

• Certification for Concierge Professional preferred.

• Ability to standand walkforlong periodsof timerequired
