Role: Group Copy Supervisor - Market Access/Payer

Hybrid Schedule: 2 days on-site per week

The Group Copy Supervisor is responsible for generating great ideas and running the day-to-day across multiple assigned brands. You’ll work closely with an art counterpart to generate exciting concepts across all channels. You’re looking to bring your career to the next level by managing team members, providing constructive feedback, evaluating work, and being a voice in meetings. Responsibilities:

• Develop and supervise the creation of strong promotional copy, concepts, and campaigns across assigned product(s)
\n
• Develop and maintain the creative direction/ vision of assigned brand(s)
\n
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of assigned therapeutic area(s)
\n
• Demonstrate mastery of the manuscript submission process, including referencing and regulatory details of assigned product(s) (may vary from account to account).
\n
• Possess a solid understanding of the science and market dynamics of the assigned brand(s).
\n
• Complete understanding of the editorial and regulatory processes and requirements for assigned brand(s).
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Full understanding of the client’s marketplace and can evaluate work in light of the current marketing environment
\n
• Be an active voice in all strategic and tactical meetings for assigned brand(s)
\n
• Confidently juggle multiple projects at the same time
\n
• Communicate, Interpret, and manage concepts
\n
• Develop a strong reputation with clients by presenting creative concepts, strategic direction, and participating in market research
\n
• Work closely with art and account services to ensure strategic goals and objectives are met
\n
• Maintain awareness of budget requirements. Ensure the best visualization of the product while staying within budget limits.
\n
• Organize thoughts effectively and communicate them well.
\n
• Provide support and supervision to direct reports and copy personnel on account
\n
• Present approved work to client representatives
\n
• Participate in and contribute to the new business pitches and organic growth
\n

Requirements

\n
• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field
\n
• 5+ years of art direction experience (healthcare preferred)
\n
• Previous leadership experience
\n
• Ability to express yourself clearly, directly, and professionally through written and verbal communication with team members at all levels
\n
• A proven track record of creative ability and judgment
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively with account management
\n
• Experience in managing creative teams and multiple accounts
\n
