Job Summary

Our sales and marketing engine is working. Now we need a proven attorney-leader to own everything that happens after a client signs. That means every attorney, paralegal, legal assistant and client-facing team member who delivers our legal work.

This role is positioned as a member of the Senior Leadership team over our Legal Services and Quality Control divisions, reporting directly to the Managing Attorney.

Reporting to you would be the Legal Service Manager and the Quality Manager.

What you will be responsible for

• Results: Set clear targets for output, quality and client satisfaction for both divisions, track them weekly and hit them.
\n
• Budget and profit/loss: Own the budget and profit/loss for your divisions: staffing levels, productivity per team member and margin on our flat-fee services.
\n
• Hiring and onboarding: Plan headcount ahead of growth. Interview, onboard and train every new hire in your area so they’re productive quickly.
\n
• Building your managers: Coach your managers, hold them accountable, and grow the next layer of leaders.
\n
• Working across the firm: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Administration so the client’s experience is seamless from first call to finished matter.
\n
• Legal oversight: Act as the senior attorney responsible for the quality and ethical standards of our legal work.
\n
• Standard procedures: Build and improve written workflows, checklists and quality controls that grow with the firm.
\n
• AI Tools: You will be responsible for designing workflows cross departmentally with other members of Senior Leadership to increase productivity and enhance the quality of the customer experience.

Who you are

\n
• An attorney in good standing with The Florida Bar. This is required.
\n
• Experienced in management. You’ve run a legal department or practice before, as a managing attorney, practice director, or general counsel or deputy GC with a team. You’ve managed attorneys and staff through managers, not just directly.
\n
• Proven with budgets and profit/loss. You can show you improved efficiency, margin or turnaround time.
\n
• Systems-minded. You like measurable targets, written procedures and a structured management system. Gut feel alone isn’t how you run things.
\n
• A builder. You’ve hired, onboarded and developed teams during growth.
\n
• Litigation : You've done or managed litigation matters are are very familiar with civil litigation procedure.
\n
• Strongly preferred: experience in estate planning, probate, or elder law. Strong operators from other high-volume consumer practices are welcome.

Salary and Benefits:

• $175,000–$200,000 base , depending on experience.
\n
• Performance bonus for hitting division targets: production, quality, client satisfaction and margin.
\n
• Florida Bar dues and all CLEs paid by the firm.
\n
